That sucks!  I got shipping confirmation yesterday so hopefully I'm not in the same boat!  Hopefully you're all sorted now?

Update: Secretlab have agreed by email to replace the armrest under warranty.

I asked if it was ok to finish assembling the chair, they said "go ahead, the armrest can be replaced with chair fully assembled".

No idea when said armrest will arrive though.

They have thanked me many times for my patience, but I have warned them that it is not an unlimited resource.

Himself really loves his chair though.

My (thought to be) leather (but turns out to be split leather and now falling appart) warehouse stationary executive from  a number of years back is due replacement. Timely for an extended work anniversary gift... stuck in the review video hole on these now..

Update: the replacement armrest arrived late yesterday afternoon. Quite unexpected.

I got an email saying it had been shipped and here is the tracking number, about 3 hours later. 😄

A pdf was sent on Sunday with instructions (and pictures) of how to do the replacement.

I forgot to forward this to Himself but he worked it out anyway. 😬

All in all, happy with the outcome. Their communications could have been better though.

How long did Mainfreight take to deliver? I got shipping confirmation on the 27th and now eagerly waiting for it to turn up..

Every day since getting his chair Himself has said "god I love this chair", but it has only been like a week.

Might hang for a potential christmas special bonus.

The free shipping is NI only. So the $25 off + $28? shipping isn't much of a bonus all of a sudden.

Day 3 for me and I'm loving mine!

It's bloody comfortable and feels solid as.  I've got vinyl plank flooring and it feels way more firmly planted than my previous Formway chair (can't remember the model - not a Life chair)...rollers are super quiet too.  I feel like I'm much better supported especially, and actually need to move my mic boom mount to a new location since I can sit further back more comfortably.  It pairs awesomely with my foot stool.

All in all I'm super happy with it. The only 'negative' is that I'm still trying to figure out if I like the detachable headrest or not.
