787s are fly-by-wire so only one step removed from fly-by-wire(less) controller ;-)

It's no problem. 787 is carrying freight only as all the passengers are in lockdown.

I have an ancient joystick (Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback 2) that doesn't have default bindings, but I was able to figure out how to use it by following this YouTube tutorial. This should also apply to pretty much any other joystick.

Didn't see it mentioned, but today in my feed I see that there is an interesting 212 story high rise made from a typo in Melbourne in Flight Simulator.

Interesting video of the guy that decided to try to land on it (the video also shows how to find it).

While waiting for the new PC hardware to be released (bring on the 3080 and the AMD 4000 series), I managed to nab MFG Crosswinds very excited to use them with the new build.

Amazed they got from Croatia to my house in 8 days! sure shipping was 50 euro, but was still amazed!

The recent patch fixed my friend's inability to even install the game, he just had to uninstall and reinstall from scratch and after that the ingame downloader was able to complete. Shaky start to a game that will surely get even better over time

Have to say....keyboard controls are lacking a return to neutral option for directional controls. A controller is a better bet.

What is great is that controls are physically present in the cockpit, buttons and levers you can press visually instead of having to remember which button does what on non-hotas controls. Likely this is for the Vr support coming later.
