xpd: Everyone needs to calm down, I haven't threatened him at all (Nor anywhere in my posts have I suggested I did), I simply responded to the suggestion (By someone else) he would cancel the program (In response to being asked to meet their obligations) by saying I would lodge a complaint over fair trading. I have been completely polite and courteous with him, something he has not bothered to be in reply.

This is NOT the same as the FlyBuys nor Onecard. In those scenarios the redemption rate is clearly stated, hasn't changed without significant notice, and the rewards are varied, continuously updated, and the terms and conditions have been met.

No point in having "perks" if they don't really eventuate, and he would be better to pay out the rewards and cancel the program than continue to offer magnets and lanyards as rewards. The site actually promotes the banana points themselves as if they are something worth having.

Wow what amazing management MA seem to have, not to even bother to reply to the last 3 emails as a simple courtesy. Disappointing to say the least.

The only thing I could really see that was of any use to me was the mouse pad.

Yah I grabbed some DLC, but that is the first time in 3 years I've seen one thing of value. It's still 12 year old suitable tee shirts and key rings, just nonsense!

Hmm the DLC looks good, might grab the RDR ones... nothing else really appeals or is within my grasp ;)
