Elpie: It just serves me right for weakening and buying something on Steam ;)
It's funny because at first I've always read your comments and been like "you don't know what your missing" because for me Steam turned me into a PC gamer. Before that it was PS3 or nothing.
That's the thing - I've been a PC gamer for a long time. If I could, I would still prefer to buy games in boxed versions, with a printed manual, and a CD key. I've got possibly a few thousand dollars invested in the games on my shelves. I've also got around $4k invested in my PC so that I have a good gaming rig. However, because my PC doubles as my personal and development machine I am very, very choosy about what I install on it.
I've never been able to get into console gaming - it just feels too unnatural to me. Also, I like to build my own mods and customise games.
