Why not buy it on the Playstation Store? Mine has already downloaded and has a countdown on the cover....8 hrs until it can launch :)

Hmm - yeah thought about that but I like to have a physical copy so I can sell it on TM once I finish or lose interest. Also want to lend it to our son before I sell it.

IGN gave it a 10 from 10 which is what I expected from them.

I am really struggling in Melbourne with no console. Midnight at EBGames there were 100 people already queued up at 6pm.

Crazy.

Still installing. Just finished the first disc so will probably be 1:45 before the second is done. Then whatever it makes me download from the horrid slow playstation network. If the thing wasnt so loud I would leave it installing and go to sleep. I hate optical media.

Generally things I have bought on release I go and buy from the store when they get cheap just to avoid the disc hassle.

Phoned The Warehouse Albany soon after they opened at 8 am - they said they had heaps of copies. Went up there after brekky and there were about 10 copies on the shelf.

Back home and now installing.

Pretty much what I expected.

After reading the IGN review (10/10 "Masterpiece"), I decided to swing by JB-HiFi (WLG) on the way to work and get a copy. There were half a dozen people in line waiting for the 9am opening. They girl at JB said they had 1,000 copies! Can't wait for the kids to go to bed tonight :)

Very fishy. They might be importing from somewhere like PlayAsia.com, but on inspection even they seem to have it for a similar price to NZ retailers.... maybe cheaper if you use a foreign currency?

I'd skip that deal, seems too good to be true and I'd expect even if it does go through it might take an age to deliver.

That’s incredibly cheap as I’m sure you’re aware - cheaper than the NZD equivalent of the USD price.

TBH sounds too good to be true but maybe you’ve stumbled upon something good.
