JPNZ:

I'm all over the show.. I hardly ever finish a game for whatever reasons

Wreckfest - Free this month PS Plus

2K21 PGA Tour

Days Gone - Free last month

Crash Bandicoot Triology - Reliving my youth haha

FF7 remake - Waiting on the free Intergrade 10/06/21

Is FF7 Remake Integrade free if you already own the PS4 remake version? I assumed they were double dipping for PS5.

It's only free if you already had the digital version, but Yuffie is a paid addon regardless.

Or physical edition of the remake.

So in answer to the question, yes

Even if you got it for "free" as one of the PS Plus monthly games?

EDIT: Crap, not available for those who got it via PS Plus :(

Has anyone here played Metro Exodus PS4 extensively or right through? Would be interested to hear what you thought of it.

I'm a few hours in and starting to enjoy it. It's intriguing - reminds me of Fallout 4 - but seems a little rough around the edges. Takes a bit of getting used to.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a multiplayer (local) game on xbox game pass that would be good to introduce a person in to playing computer games.

  • Can't have any violence in it (no guns, no killing)
  • must be locally multiplayer, either split screen or shared screen
  • not really into sports either

I played all the way to the last location and then my game glitched and I couldn't continue. It was a fun and beautifully rendered game. I really enjoyed it. I was on an Xbox One X though. I imagine the base PS4 would have some issues in bits. PS4 Pro should be fine.

Thanks. Running fine on PS5.

I’ve heard of that glitch - hope mine’s OK. If you played fairly early, maybe it’s been fixed.

Oregon Trail on iOS & tvOS.
Dying of dysentery has never been so good! Love the mechanics of the game, how your pioneers/settlers have strengths & weaknesses for you to try and best navigate. My 7yo is fascinated.

Got my eye on the recently-released Resident Evil Village for when I finish my current game, Metro Exodus.

I've never played a RE game and although REV also doesn't necessarily appeal to me with its gothic horror genre, I'm drawn to it because I believe it will showcase the PS5 quite well. I've seen some gameplay footage on YouTube and the graphics look outstanding and it reportedly makes great use of the DualSense's haptic triggers and so on. It has rated quite well on Metacritic so overall I feel confident it's worth a try.

However it's a fairly expensive try - as a new AAA game, the discs are $95. At least by buying the disc I should be able to recoup around $70-80 on Trademe when I finish it.

@eracode I think you can download a free playable demo to see if you like it.

Just reading up about RE:V and I have a major first world problem! What platform should i get it on? Framerates are better on XBSX, but PS5 has the superior haptic feedback.

@Paul1977 Demo idea is a great one - thanks. I hadn’t thought of that - but might have next time I turn on PS.

@handle9 are you still playing Outriders? I didn't see any colour issues with my HDR projector.
