networkn:
handle9 are you still playing Outriders? I didn't see any colour issues with my HDR projector.
I haven't played much of anything he last week or two. I'll probably come back to it, just other things to do at the moment.
I see the standard price for RE Village in the US is US$70 (but on short-term special US$60 at Wal Mart). We’re not doing too badly at NZ$95.
Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

I have to say, there are some exceptions, but right now, it's pretty much cheaper to buy everything I've wanted or needed in NZ rather than in the US. Where there is some difference, it's not enough to forgo local support and warranty.

Unless you don't want to mess about with physical media, and then you're still paying $120.
EDIT: Although it's only US$59.99 for the digital versions for both Xbox and PS on the US sites (less than NZ$85). So why do we have to pay NZ$120 from the local sites? Am I able to purchase it digitally from the US sites using my existing account?
Torn about whether to pick up Mass Effect Legendary Edition... So many games, so little time :)
I picked up ME Legendary yesterday. Just got to the point where you're made a Spectre in the first one. So cool reminiscing and it's beautiful! Only problem is that my centre channel audio is coming from the rear. Seems to be a known thing judging by a thread on EA's forum.

Yep - Those US prices I quoted were for discs and I should have said “We’re not doing too badly at NZ$95 - for the disc”. I’m more than happy to mess about with physical media because I’m a cheapskate gamer and never want to hold finished games in a library - so I sell them straight away on TM.

Has the re-mastering been done well? Look good on PS5?
I played the originals on PC back in the day. Enjoyed them at the time but not sure I want to do them again. Maybe - if they’re lookin’ good.
Presumably the audio glitch will be fixed in an update. Did you download or buy disc?
Edit: Has rated well so far on Metacritic.

It's gorgeous, definitely worth the replay. Mine is digital.
Playing through the Rachet & Clank PS4 title that was on PS Plus a while back in anticipation for Rift Apart which I've pre-ordered being released 11-June.
Love a good simple platformer.

@gehenna Do you have it on PS4/4 Pro/5 or Xbox One S/X/Series S/X (so many different consoles!). I've never played ME but everyone seems to rave about it so was thinking of getting it for Series X, but was curious what platforms that bug affects?
It's on PS5 @Paul1977 but it's the same as the PS4 version with some minor fidelity additions. Apparently the audio bug is only on ME 1, both 2 and 3 are fine. So there might be a patch soon. But I'm over 50% in to the game and I don't really notice anymore. If you're into sci-fi then this is a must play given it's such a broad epic sci-fi storytelling trilogy.

Thanks. I've read that it impacts PS4 and PS5, and has an issue on PC (no sound at all unless set to stereo). But can't find any info on whether the audio mixing issues impact Xbox at all.
Digital Foundry's testing says it runs best on Xbox Series X so if I get it I'll get it for that console, but I'd rather hold off for a fix if it has the same bug. Can anyone who has it on Xbox confirm whether or not the Xbox version has the same problem?
I see The Last of Us Part 2 just got a 60fps patch. That's what I've been waiting for. Time to cry all over again but in a higher frame rate.
