Cloudswap arm rests now

Guess that's admitting they weren't last long and had a few return complaints like seen here/elsewhere.

So after lockdown I'll consider one of these, but does anyone stock them for me to actually try?

I am a person who really values comfort. I course I'd like a reasonable amount of support too. I have always had leather or whatever the closest thing that the chairs from WHS typically sell are.

This is close to my current chair:

Nope, that is a gotcha. I'm borderline titan/XL if you use the charts. That's similar to what I am on now. But a lot more falling apart and the fake leather disintegrating.

Gone back off special from a few weeks ago. Not even a 2020 clearance yet :/ Best you can hope for over the last 'sales' is $25 off. Which if outside AKL is basically just making it free shipping.

Anyone else having issues with the seat base foam getting grooves in it from where you have been sitting? had the chair for not quiet a year now and the back of the seat base has compressed a bit, and there is a noticeable lump in the area between where your legs go. so if you sit off center you can feel it sticking up

I don't have that issue, I would contact them.

Hey Guys

I'm looking at buying a Secret Lab Chair and thought I would see if anyone has a referral code that hasn't expired, they wish to share for when I place my order?

Woah. Even last years models are nearly $100 more now.

So much for waiting for specials. Even current specials won't meet last years pricing.

Thanks importation/transport costs

Recently got our 3rd Secret Labs chair. This time got a Titan EVO 2022 Regular.

From our perspective has very welcome improvements from the previous Titan XL 2020. Specifically:

  1. More comfortable seat (not as hard as the XL, but, still firm/supportive)
  2. Softer gel arm rests
  3. Height-adjustable lumbar
  4. Smaller wheel base footprint (because downsized to Regular from Titan XL), easier to move around in small home office
  5. Magnetic head rest

If you can get an EVO 2022 (assuming stock availability etc), I'd definitely recommend that over the Titan.

Just be sure you research the sizing/dimensions that best suit your own requirements, as they're slightly different from Titan XL series.

So I had the tilt mechanism partially fail on my Secretlab Titan and contacted support.

Really impressed. Zero fuss, they asked me for some photos and serial numbers and confirm my address - new tilt mechanism arrived the next day. I had massive trouble attempting to get the piston off (you're supposed to spray some WD-40 and hammer it off with a rubber mallet) so reached out to them for advise and they sent me a new piston along with wheelbase instead.

Chair is now fully fixed and I'm really happy. Zero regrets buying this chair.
