gehenna: As expected, R&C is stunnnnnning.
It is, buts it’s also quite buggy too. Had a couple of times where the game has just hung..
Been playing Cities Skylines lately.

I am struggling to get into Mass Effect 2. It just feels 'off' to me. I am not sure why. The combat doesn't feel as satisfying either which is a shame.
I am hoping it improves shortly.
Get Surviving Mars - Deluxe Edition for free (humblebundle.com)
The music is available on everywhere. Can't wait to use it for when I next need to focus at work
Surviving Mars (Original Game Soundtrack) by George Strezov on Amazon Music - Amazon.com
Got stuck into FF7 remake PS5 edition (its not called Intergrade as such lol) played around quite a bit with the differences between graphics mode (4K preference) and Performance mode (60fps) as you can change on the fly. Looks stunning, about 5 hours in so far.

Ok probably not the right thread but I think it would suit here better....
Humble Bundle have Surviving Mars Deluxe Edition free for about another 16 hrs. So jump on there and grab it if you still need to.
In here, in here :)
Forza Horizon 5 looks incredible!
I mean, FH4 is no slouch in terms of how it looks and lighting effects.
Plus I get it for free with Gamepass!
Finished Rift Apart and as a game it was “fine”
It *looks* phenomenal and the use of the fast HD speeds on PS5 to bring the dimension switching to life was great - as said above, it bodes well for other games if they are making stuff that looks this good so early.
From a gameplay standpoint it was generic run-and-gun (same as the previous games) and I felt that the writing and script was at best, rather childish and simplistic and at worst a cliched mess. Meant that none of the rushed “emotional beats” landed at all and mostly made me cringe.
Great tech demo and a fun piece of fluff to while away a few hours, but honestly It is a rental (is that still a thing?) or a “wait for sale” game IMHO…
Speaking of which, I have a copy for sale!
;)
Finished Mass Effect 2, moved to 3. I enjoyed 2 quite a bit, probably overall, not quite as much as ME1, but pro's and Con's.
Mass Effect 3 I like the combat better overall, but the storylines and writing is pretty confusing right now. Lots of unexplained mechanics etc.
