Everyone will have different approaches and each study shows a different starter word is best. In my case I read CRANE is a good one, as well as ADIEU. I alternate these every day.

Most important is to spend time looking at the virtual on-screen keyboard. It is great to visualise your options.

I usually start with

adieu
month
strop (or strip/strap, depending on what vowels have already appeared)

Wordle 223 5/6

⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜
⬜🟨🟨⬜⬜
⬜🟨⬜🟨🟨
🟨🟩🟨⬜🟩
🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

Started again with adieu. Some consonants in the first word would have been more helpful as the one correct vowel was in the wrong position and left a plethora of options.

As for cheat sheets, what’s the point when all it does is confirm what you are to yourself. It doesn’t spark joy.

I’d rather people didn’t say what first word they used in that day, then follow up with what worked/ didn’t.
