Hi guys.. lovely lady at my work has tried to purchase a 3 month xbox live pass online. long story short, she has had issues with the system and been billed for 17 three month pass and 10 one month passes :)
does anyone have a phone contact to get her some help? she obviously wants to reverse those charges :)
ive had a quick look on xbox.co.nz, buit its all forms and email (fair to say, shes a bit gunshy about the online experience right now)
