Surely others have purchased the season pass on Steam and are waiting 'ever so patiently' for episode 3 to come out. This game is awesome and the only reason I haven't emailed TellTale to complain is because the video interview I saw on IGN with a couple of the developers which indicates it's going to be even more epic than the first 2 episodes, but seriously it's well over a month due now and I'm probably gonna have to play the first two episodes again just to get myself back in the mood and hyped up enough to enjoy it (trying to remember the choices I've already made). I'd be somewhat devistated to find out it's taken this long and there's a game breaking bug in it somewhere. Other than that though it's a top game and I enjoy TWD in general (comics, TV and video games) and am looking forward to Activisions "TV universe" game which follows Merle and Daryl Dixon pre Atlanta.

I must have massive expectations because I didn't think they were that good. I'll play to be thorough, but it's hardly worth the effort personally.

That's pretty much what I was wondering, although I didn't word it very well. If the game was released according to the original schedule do you think you'd have been more interested in it or just generally dissapointed in the lack of action sequences? Given that it cost me about $20 (got it on the Steam sale) I'm not expecting too much but still, money is money and I've paid in advance.

DayZ is awesome. Until you get hacked :(
I just run around the towns now. No point playing the long game as you get hacked and die too often

You are disappointed in the lack of action sequences?

For me the action is a distraction from the rest of the game - the people/decision aspect.

I only picked it up recently and have finished part 1 and 2 chapters through episode 2. I am enjoying it.

If you want a zombie action game, walking dead ain't it.

Regarding episode 3 - would you prefer the game be out earlier and broken, or later and working (assuming it is released working!).

Finally - you pre-ordered 5 episodes, they made no promises of delivery dates.

The War Z is where its at.. notice how i said War Z.. Im patiently waiting for the beta of that to start.

I played the first episode of walking dead, thought it was ok but nothing exceptional. Have yet to even try episode 2 so i guess that sums it up :)

I'm also waiting for War-Z, not sure that I'd be terribly interested in buying ARMA just to play Day-Z.

I agree with everything you just said wasabi2k, except that they did promise a new episode would be released every month. Like you said though, I'd rather they took this long to continue making it as good as it is.

Yeah unless you can get arma for real cheap I'd be waiting for the DayZ standalone release

Steam updated it without me realising. That was totally worth the wait. Was a bit boring on some of the parts on the train but the demise of several characters is just outstanding, two of them completely unexpected and I made a decision to leave someone behind which pretty much left them for dead... or did it... this is The Walking Dead after all...

I've just noticed a flaw when playing this game in Linux with WINE. The stats at the end don't give any results, I didn't pay any attention to this in the first two episodes because I was a fair way behind the mark when I purchased the game. Guess I'll have to wait for TellTale to come out with their next video.
