Hi guys.

I have ehard of Mighty Ape a while ago but never looked into it. I have just gone to their site and looks like there could be a few things I may want to buy (Especially because there sale ends 4pm today). Before I do though I have a few questions...

1: How reliable are they? I dont want to buy a few things to have the items either not turn up or maybe even broken upon arrival

2: What are banana points? Im guessing it works that when I buy stuff, I get points, and eventually I will get enough points to get an item for free?

3: Anything else I should know about them?

Cheers :)

Where are you based? You can pick up from their warehouse in Albany, Auckland if that is close to you.

I ordered something over the weekend and it was dispatched Monday and delivered (in Auckland) a few hours later.

They are very good

One of the very best and most reliable NZ online shops I have ever used.

And its customer service is superb!

MightyApe are probably one of the best NZ online retailers out there.
I have ordered stuff from them well over 100 times during the past 5 years. Never really had any issues.
If I did have any issues (rarely), they were always sorted quickly, professionally, and with a smile.
Shipping is usually overnight as well.

You can't really go wrong with MightyApe.
Highly recommended.

Prices on some items are not always the cheapest, but theyre the most reliable for stock and getting the goods out on time and the bunch of monkeys there are always great to deal with and cheerful :)

I live in _Foxton_ and I get next day delivery. Item's I've ordered for release dates arrival have arrived on time.

Considering I'm two addresses over from Rural Delivery this is awesome.

Also highly recommended. Only ever had one problem with one console game, they let me swap it a few times, for the same title, same issue over and over, so they gave me a refund.
Very impressed.

Mighty Ape is brilliant.  They truley deserve their NetGuide awards.

Very reliable fulfilment and shipping.

I've sold several XBox games on their marketplace too.

Very satified customer.

Mightyape are very good, will be honest have had what I would say minor issues on some communications with them, where they don't respond to queries or meet their dispatch targets they mention on their website, these usually occur from my experience when a major game is been release and you've ordered something else...
