Anyone know where I can pickup one locally ideally in Auckland? I can find them overseas and on Ebay only. My original power supply is fine, I just want a second one for convenience for when I move the Xbox from one room to another.

Hi, if you ring Xbox support they'll sell you one for about $55. Shipping takes a week.
Source: I did it when I brought my us Xbox to nz.

Thanks, tried buying online through Xbox support this morning but it didn't let me select the product for some reason. Have been on hold for support now for the last 40mins. Hopefully I'll get through.

You would think buying a power supply would be easier.

Phone support for anything can be a bit hit or miss.
Good luck.

Well, it took about four hours and several calls back and fourth with MS and finally I have one on order. $55 and 10 working days so not exactly a good deal but not a lot of choice.

And better than all the fakes on ebay etc that will probably overheat and die.
