Is this just for consoles? I prefer to play games like this on PC.

The ultimate evil edition is for console yes, but it is the console equivilent of the PC game Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls expansion.

If you do end up playing Diablo on PC search for the NZ clan  (under British English).

So basically if I want to play Evil Edition on PC, I just buy the expansion. If I want it for console, buy the evil edition. Does the Console version include the original game, or would I need to purchase that as well?

Does anyone know if the reaper of souls expansions makes the original campaign better,or just the expansion.

My guess is that the console version will include the base game too - but I don't have a console so don't quote me.  For PC you can buy just the base game but the expansion does add a lot more content and provides a lot of end-game replayability that the base game doesn't really have. It doesn't add much to the original campaign apart from a new chracter class.   There's also another major patch coming out for ROS soon so I'm pretty excited for that.

Thanks. I already own D3 Original, so I guess I buy the ROS Expansion and hope I like it better.

If it has been a while since you played (before March this year), the game has vastly improved. They got rid of the auction house and implemented much better loot systems, etc. I highly recommend getting the expansion, though, as it adds different modes of play, so that after one character beats the end boss, no others ever have to play the campaign again.

Thanks I did buy it and I cant believe how uch better it is, even on the original game which I decided I'd start from scratch. I went with Barbarian, as it's the fighter class I'd typically use in other RPG's but I am also relatively interested in the monk. I am about 2 hours in, should I change now, or just hold the line?
