Has anyone brought from them before and done a digital download?

Just brought the 17 red alerts package off them, and when try to download comes up with server not responding, and download pauses.

Have flushed DNS like their help page says, and I'm using my ISP's DNS servers so not impressed.

Thanks.

Edit, It's now at 4% and downloading, don't know what's changed, 10th attempt it started working.

Did send a diagnostic error file to them, but be surprised if they read and sorted it in 20 minutes.

Got 20+ games on Origin, rarely had issues downloading and when I have time has fixed it.

Cheers, I'll wait it out next time. First time I've brought game online that's a PC one.

Game has now downloaded.

I had similar issues when I purchased a game that needed some content downloading, it seemed to be that it didn't like my internet speed.
