I have an i7 4770K, GTX970 and 3 x 27" 2560x1440p Monitors. W8.1 x64 Pro. Latest Nvidia Drivers.

My middle screen is my primary screen and the one I game on.

Recently I have played 2 games where when I set the game to 1440p and fullscreen, the start bar is still visible at the bottom of the screen. I have been unable to find a solution.

Witcher 2 and Dragon Age Inquisition. I do run Display Fusion.

Any ideas?

Just those two games with the issue I presume?

Try a compatibility rule in the DisplayFusion settings for "Force DisplayFusion to treat this as a full screen application".

display fusion has an option to force hide when certain apps are running.  I had to do this for a few games.

Hmm that didn't work because I think DF isn't managing my primary monitor as such. it's not the DF task bar it's the windows one.

Make sure windows doesnt put the task bar ontop of everything. There is a setting for that.
