So I've been upgrading gradually as I've gone along the last few weeks.

Wanting some nice PC games to play!

I've got Skyrim, the Bioshock series, Crysis 3, Mirror's Edge, Remember Me, Warframe etcetc

I tend to like the more "open world" games, like Skyrim etc. So yeah!

Witcher 3 comes out next week.

Witcher 2 is good (not that open but still)

Dragon age games are amazing IMO.

Mass Effect trilogy

Dying Light

Not open world by the Dead Space Trilogy is very good

Shall look into Dragon Age. Been considering it!

I didn't like The Witcher; found the combat really clunky. God knows why.

Witcher 2 the combat takes a little to get use to, the spell system is kinda odd.  But once you get use to it, its pretty easy.  I tried playing it again the other day and had troubles with it :)  But I clocked it years ago and dont remember it being an issue at all, so obviously I got use to it and forgot about it

Yeah, it was the intro even, when I tried to attack people. Was absolutely hopeless ahhaha.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown
turn-based action-strategy. Its reasonably linear, and too easy (on the first play through). Its coming up to a few years old, but the graphics are good, and the gameplay is very cinematic.
It is quite entertaining however hence the last game I actually played to the end.

You get strangely connected to your soldiers.

It won a lot of best game awards. A must buy if you spot it on discount or sale (which should be easy now days).

If you like the idea of GTA but thought it needed to be inspired by This is Spinal Tap and take things to 11 and then maybe see what happens if you try to push the dial past 11 then you will end up with Saints Row The Third and Saints Row IV.

Also for absolute carnage in an open world environment Just Cause 2 is a lot of fun, grappling hook plus parachute and you can get pretty much anywhere and do anything.

Currently playing Reign of Kings and H1Z1. Both are survival based games, ROK being medievil based with minecraft like building.

Awaiting the release of Ark, which goes into early access in 2 weeks:

ARK looks cool, hopefully theres single player.  My 6 year old would like this, but Ill only let him play offline/single player.

He's loving Orion: Prelude atm.

Whoa, forgot to comment back here. Thanks for the recommendations.

Actually ran The Witcher again, and managed to figure out the (still clunky) combat, so that's at least playable.
