Last week Monday I logged a call with Xbox One support as my Kinect was broken, kept telling me it was disconnected it is still in warranty period. So call logged Monday afternoon, UPS picked up Wednesday PM, it arrived Australia Tuesday morning. The replacement Kinect arrived from Australia this afternoon.

This is what I call impressive support. Thank you Microsoft

Had my Xbox One HDD die a slow death 8 months after purchase and had a replacement console couriered from Australia all within 5 working days following same UPS process except I lodged the RMA online through the Xbox website without speaking to anyone.
