Hi all,
What's the best time to download computer/console games on weekdays/weekend?

I'm not sure I understand the question... immediately after purchase?

Depends on what type of connection you have at a guess.

On anything other than fibre then after midnight to before about 5pm or so on weekdays. Weekends are iffy. Probably Midnight to Midday or so.

If on Fibre then any time as there shouldn't be any congestion at the moment.

Think that is the type of answer you were after.

On my congested connection, I try to limit any serious or non urgent downloading to between midnight and 6am.

I'd just download them when not using internet for something else.

If it's going to be something that's going to take a few hours, and it's something that can't be paused and resumed later, I probably start the download before going to sleep.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
