Are Email Vouchers region locked? Are they cumulative? Can I add a voucher I get as a gift and have it add the time to my existing subscription, so if I have 2 months left, I'll end up with 14 months after the code ?

Only the gift cards are region locked due to currency value of country you purchased cards in to that country's digits store. Gold subscription is not region locked and you can stack up to maximum 36months in total.
