Just wondering if anybody here has the below monitor?

AOC Q2778VQE $579
http://www.playtech.co.nz/afawcs0139235/CATID=508/ID=26168/SID=234735649/productdetails.html

Seems an OK price for a 1440p screen compared to a lot of other options out there. And I'm too poor to go 4K (my gtx 970 wouldnt cope) and not at all keen on ordering via overseas.
Its to be used for a bit of gaming primarily ( witcher 3, borderlands etc).
If anybody has it and could feed back would be appreciated.
Cheers

What price were you looking to get for your shimian?

I don't have this model - mine's a 27" BenQ 2560x1440 - but this form factor is brilliant, and it works well on a mid-range graphics card (Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX970).

I'll never go back to a "high definition" monitor.

I have to confess that I've just bought a 32" BenQ 2560x1440 as well - worth every cent, and easy on the eyes with prolonged use.

It's amazing how quickly you can get used to a larger monitor - I thought that the 27" BenQ was big - until I bought the 32" one  smile
