Got the playstation at xmas and only gets played about 1-2 hours max a week. Hadn't played on it for over a week and found that my controller is completely dead, no lights, nothing.

Have tried the following :

New cable
New USB port
Charged with a phone charger
Push the reset button under L2

None of the above works, anyone had this and got it to work?

Went to the SONY website to get a phone number or email address to get them to fix it and can't find anything. Anyone know the number to ring? I did buy it from Harvey Normans but i think i would be better to go straight to SONY to get this sorted.
