Hey guys just looking to upgrade my system a little bit. I'm currently using a hd 7870 which I've been using for about 4 years now. I was thinking of getting a r9 390x as they are on sale at the moment but I see the rx 480 is coming out very soon. Would it worth waiting for the rx 480?

Thanks

Yes I would say it would be, simply because we do not know exactly how the card will perform in relation to the 390x plus it should be cheaper too... Certainly, I would wait to see what the 480 can do, its only 8 days till reveal.

If you're seriously broke, wait for the 480.. Otherwise buy a 1070.
