Hello, I am selling my oculus rift cv1 which came with 2 free games - Eve Valkyrie and Lucky's tale. I had to make an Eve account to redeem the game and Lucky's tale was downloaded via my oculus account. My question is can I re-sell these games or not?
Thanks kindly.

Do the terms and conditions you accepted to download the games say anything?

Best guess would be no as you have redeemed both games.

I believe Lucky's Tale is free for anyone who makes an account on Oculus Home, but EVE Valkyrie's code will be tied to the account, so unless you give them your account, they won't be able to use it.

You can't sell what you do not own. You are not able to transfer the license either.

You dont tend to "own" any games these days, just a license giving you permission to play them.
