Question;

If I redeem a Xbox Code for a game and it confirms it how do I :

a) Find it in the list of games to download from my Xbox Console

b) from the xbox website where I redeemed the code for the game, tell it to download to my xbox?

Thanks,

If you redeemed it on the console then it should've started downloading/installing immediately. Go to "my games and apps" in the top right corner and it should appear there. If not, go down the left column in that section to "queue" and check if it's queued behind something else. If it's not there then go up to "ready to install", which basically shows all go the games you own but aren't installed. If it's not in any of those sections then I would think it hasn't been redeemed properly.

Edit: I see you redeemed online. My advice still stands.

Yeah, I found it. I find the Xbox hell confusing after having a PS4, the PS4 system is so much more intuitive. Anyways, all good, it's downloading now. Thanks for the help.
