Hi There!

I am wondering if anyone knows anywhere or anyone that might lend me, rent me etc a Nintendo Switch for a week? I am not sure I want to buy one and I want to see if the hype will apply to my style of playing.

There are quite a few really good games out now for Switch. Zelda, Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, Mario Rabbids, Sonic Maria. Lots of AAA third party support too. FIFA, LA Noire , Wolfestein 2

Do whatever you want to do man.

Where are you in NZ?

I've got a Switch, thoroughly love it. Best console I've owned in years. Best thing about it is I don't need to TV as those are usually being monopolized by the teens.

I'm not a big Zelda fan boy so I've actually bought most titles off the e-store - actually we have no physical carts. Most are third party/Indies.

Just wish they'd hurry up and release apps like Netflix etc as then it would be even more useful.

PS when I first got it I was like meh as the kids were hogging it playing Mario kart. After they finally got off I got stuck in and was really impressed.

I'm in Auckland. I play a lot of games on my phone (or at least a lot of 2 games on my phone). I had a nintendo portable thing previously, can't recall it's name, similar form factor. I found it pretty difficult to get used to and then basically gave it up. Still got it in a box somewhere.
