Sorry I again have another crazy question.

Say I bought a game (Star Wars BF2) but have no time to do much to progress, if I share the account with another person to progress in the game, is that a dumb thing to do?

(in the old universe, there were things like offline "cheats", and you can do cool things in the game by yourself without trying too hard, but with everything being earned online or with real money doesn't work for me)

EA do allow account sharing it appears, so as long as you trust the person not to do anything to get you banned, I don't see the issue.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup.

Agree, as long as you trust them I can't see a problem. The clan I belong to have a shared steam account that only exec members have access to.

thanks, if we both accidentally play at the same time it will tell the second person to log in that they can't play? ie you don't get banned or something?

I am not sure but I would assume so, I know with steam and family sharing that if the owner of the game starts playing it the person who it is shared with gets kicked out of the game.
