Hey Guys,

I'm fairly new to NZ and love playing COD4, was just wondering if there are many NZ based servers I seem to keep playing on Internode which I know are aussie Based..

So if you guys have some IP's or sites that list some NZ servers would be great!

I play under the alias of Spawneh also, so dont shoot me to much :D

My views are mine and don't necessarily reflect that of my employer.

Otherwise most of the time you just head to a games serverlist, refresh and sort by ping. It becomes pretty obvious which are the NZ ones (under 20 ping for me) and anything under 60 for me is usually nationally hosted.
All gamers.net.nz servers must have a tag in their server name also which helps.

BTW i dont have cod4, would you like to gift it to me on steam? :P

The in game browser is pants, so most of the COD community uses 3rd party apps like Xfire.

ICONZArena (www.iconzarena.co.nz) and Gamers.net.nz seem to have the most popular set of servers. Good mix of normal modes & Hardcore. You'll find me normally on the Iconz Hardcore Domination server with the rest of the grownups.

cool ty i will try the game browser...

i have been playing on the iconz servers a bit, usually just play normal/hardcore game modes with the trusty 50cal

Got COD4 a week ago, and i agree the server browser is total crap. It finds 400 servers, xfire finds 10000.
