I played Halo many moons ago, completed it. Overall I guess I enjoyed it, but towards the end it started feeling repetitive.
Is it worth me playing the others or a good chance I'd feel it's more of the same ?

The Master Chief Collection is great. The updated graphics are excellent and the ability to switch between old and new graphics on the fly is super fun. Replaying Halo 1 and 2 reinforced how great those games are even stacked up against modern shooters. I’m not a great fan of 4 and 5 but if you get deep enough into the lore you might like them. But just being able to replay the first 2 games is great.

GFX dont bother me (I still play Amiga games and Unturned which is just a fancy Roblox :) ), its the playability that Im more concerned with - if its just the same "run to that point, press the button, run back, then to that button, then back again, it does my head in and I lose interest. :) If the level design is well done, and the controls nicely done, graphics be damned ;) https://www.lemonamiga.com/games/details.php?id=477 was fun ;)

I had so much fun playing local multiplayer with the first Halo on the XBox, but I never really got into the story back then. Then, many years later I got the Master Chief Collection on the XBox One and boy, they have done everything right here. It's a joy to play, easy to switch between original and remastered, fantastic!
