Going home for 3 months and was wondering if I should take my PS3 home back to NZ or is there a place in NZ where I could possibly hire one for 3 months

When I enquired about hiring a dryer for 3-4 months till I could afford a condensor one the price for a cheap junk one came to more then buying one from appliance shed. I would be suprised if its any better for a PS3 or similar.
