If my PS5 arrives as planned, I may make a purchase! Getting reasonable reviews...

I hope to be in a couple of days - pre-ordered it when pre-ordering PS5. 

I almost pre-ordered it on PC but knowing how the previous AC's ran before I'm waiting for benchmarks and drivers.

I don't have a PS5 or a Xbox Series X nor a 4k display. I would buy it on my PS4 but I don't honestly think I'll enjoy the 30 fps experience considering I'm so spoilt by 60 fps on every title I play. Also the only time I do boot up my PS4 is for Persona 5 Royal which is already (sigh) 30 fps and tolerable.

@freitasm Are you playing/will you be playing ACV? Your OP doesn’t say.

I’m picking up today. Not really sure when I can pick up PS5 - NL playing coy.

I started it on my new gaming PC the other night.  Feels very AC Odyssey/Origins in it's mechanic.  Certainly looks nice on 4K ultra settings though :)

My pre-order from MA came with free ‘Way of the Berserker’ DLC. I have the game disc and MA have emailed me the DLC activation code.

When I go to the Ubisoft website to get the DLC, you have to choose which platform you’re on. For PS5 it says ‘wait until the console launches’.

I’ve got news for them.

I'm enjoying this a lot more than initially.  I had some battles with Windows HDR settings as usual, it's so poorly implemented on Windows.  But seem to be all sorted now and spent a couple of hours in the game today.  Very good looking game and I'm starting to get used to some of the differences from Odyssey/Origins.

Did anyone else get a free copy of the ‘Way of the Berserker’ DLC with their PS5 game pre-order? If so, I guess you’re seeing the same as me (above) on the Ubisoft site?

Have spent time just playing the opening missions, side quests (aka ‘mysteries’) and exploring around Norway - cleaning up everything I could on the map. Thirteen hours of play and I have just come across the opening title credits.

Anyone else playing this?

Its on my list, but need to finish off AC odyssey first. I've finished the main story and now doing Fate of Atlantis add-on.

Whats the general timeframe that new release games get discounted?  I got AC Odyssey for $18 and the add-on for $10. (that was about 3 months ago).
