Real 120Hz, ie. accept a 4k/120 (or even 1080p/120) signal from a PC - not BS internal frame interpolation?

 

Published specs and certainly website ads are approx 0% useful for determining this. I'm hoping someone has been through this already and has some wisdom to spare.
