For those who remember wasting many an hour on BBS's with LORD, then get your fix here

Its a web based version, is almost the same game with some minor changes to avoid any copyright issues etc :)

Hope to see some of you there as regulars :)

Great... the host takes it offline for "potentially malicious software", and then breaks the SQL database for it afterwards.... grr...  reinstalling....

UPDATE : now back online Smile

LOL I have thought of that.....  actually found my old Amiga HDD still works so ripped everything off it including the BBS... but its not "Amiga Unlimited", have no idea what I did with my backup of that :(

Ive got Legend Of The Green Dragon (which is a clone of LORD) running on my site.

It was called Phoenix BBS.. ran in Hawke's Bay for around 5 or so years during the mid 90's I believe. (seems like a lifetime ago now!)

Dosent ring a bell but I didnt tend to call out of Auckland often :)
Had a few people from out of Auckland call mine tho... those $5 Telecom weekends were great for BBS calls ;)

LOL... they were the days.... parents yelling "get off the damn phoneline!", running around the house every night unplugging all the phones else theyd ring when users called in between 10pm and 7am.... until I got my own line installed.
