I've got a Nintendo Switch Lite that needs the USB port replaced, I've found a couple of companies offering this repair (priced $80/$100 including parts and labour). They are OmniTech and Fix Plus. Has anybody had any experience with either of these businesses, or otherwise had their Nintendo Switch repaired by anybody else in NZ?

I've had phone screens repaired at a few OmniTech outlets, they've seemed fine.

Switch Lite not under warranty?

The port is physically damaged (by kids not unplugging it nicely), so not a warranty issue unfortunately.

I had my sons fixed under warranty.  They sent it away overseas and it took 6 MONTHS!!!!  He was so upset seeing as it broke almost as soon as he got it.  Had I known the repair time I would have just bought a new controller handset and taken it on the chin.
