OK. so i just got a new buffalo external hard drive 500 gb. and i wanted to use it for movies that i have downloaded and watch them on my 360. i made sure it was compatable and every thing(FAT32) but it does not come up under the portable device place. wtf is wrong???. any help is much appreciated... im pullin my hair out.

yes i have live and yes i have the latest update. i put the same movie on a flsh drive and it works fine.

I have to say sorry abt that , Xbox360 can only read Max 120G hard drive  and only 2.5"WD 160G hard drive and the mode number is 1600bevt

   hope this will help  u out. !
