Hi, purchased vBucks on the Epic Games store, whilst signed in as my child, with parental control approving this purchase.

My child uses a Switch, have signed into the correct/same account as on the Epic Games website. 
However, vBucks purchased are not showing on the Switch.

What are we doing wrong? Have closed the game on Switch and loaded it again.
