I've followed the guides, tried 2 controllers, 2 android devices, and I can't get the controllers to appear to select them to pair via Bluetooth.

I think I've had this issue in the the past, anyone know of tips or tricks to get this going?

Apparently, turns out these controllers I have don't support Bluetooth!

A bit of a late response but Bluetooth was only added to Xbox one s and controllers sold after that, the original Xbox one and older Xbox controllers lack the Bluetooth addition and needed USB dongles to work on windows.

Easiest way to tell is what sockets are in the bottom, the original Xbox one controllers needed a special plug for headsets while the S variants added standard 3.5mm jacks for headset compatibility.
