Most video stores have disk reparing machines that will repair disks up to a certain stage of damage (costs around $10). I've used this for DVD, PS2, and PS3 but not Xbox 360. Your local video store could probably advise you on where to get them reparied if they can't do it (as rented disks are never treated properly).
