i do know that F.E.A.R Combat multiplayer is free. its a large file (1.8 gig). it is the full multiplayer game not a demo and was part of the retail game but the company gives away the key free when you register and you play the same servers that people who bought the game use and it is a great game. not sure if many are playing it now but there was a lot of user generated content that you could download.

Played that quake online, quite impressed for what is essentially a gimmick. Only problem was hacking punkbuster and could not get the screen resolution any higher. Was a good way to waste the 2 hours it held my attention for.

I've played cross fire and also combat arms. Imo I prefer combat arms, more people, better game play.

Try add an extra zero in front of your zip code - we use 4 digits, but the US has 5 and some sites don't accept 4-digit numbers for them regardless of country.

Just got my key for Battlefield Heroes, the free "cartoony" Battlefield game... good for people like me who don't have a lot of time to get amazing at these games - it buddies you with people of similar skill levels so you don't get shot in the face every time you spawn by a 15 year old who lives on his PC.
