Ok I have 2 xbox 360 consoles here, but the arcade models 1 has a 20gig drive the other a 60gig drive

The one with the 20gig drive is chipped and has a lot of games brought from xbox live.
The one with the 60gig drive is standard, I was wanting to transfer the 60gig drive to the chipped xbox but copy the data from the 20gig over to the 60gig hdd.

How can I do this without a microsoft transfer cable? I can connect both to the modem if required, I also have a 1Tb external hdd that I can use to backkup if needed, howver not sure if it can be done either way

plug the 60GB HDD into the chipped xbox.

and start downloading all the arcades again which will be free of cost as you have already purchased it. (takes forever if you have bought lots of stuff from marketplace)

OR

ring MS and get them to send you a transfer cable for free of cost and follow this guide.

Do whatever you want to do man.
