my bad, I just saw it on stuff.co.nz

this def has the potential to kill data caps
yet a lot of good groups/artists missing?

*edit* have read about problems others had initially
I'm running my PS3 over wireless on an Xtra ADSL2+ connection, don't have any issues with buffering (its almost instant) and hasn't crashed

Yes, in my experience VidZone is great. Since its release late last year most weekend mornings Vidzone is running in our house for 4 - 5 hours straight.

I'm on Telecom 40 GB cap. The most I can see in the weekend is 230 Mb on one day we used Vidzone for hours on end. Although it is hard to tell what else we were doing online that day (I play multiplayer games a lot). For example, I can also see 6 GB used on Christmas Day when we also played the whole Vidzone Christmas songs playlist plus others.
