Pretty sure their web cataloger has screwed up and put a picture of the BFBC2 box on the listing of BFBC1, which explains the $39.99 price.....

BFBC2 is also listed on there for PS3 at $119.99.

That is definitely a mistake, that price if for the original Bad Company. Looks like you pre-ordered the original.
