I hope it's not the PC version....

Currently you can't install and play the PC version because of a global release time in Steam (which Fallout uses for authentication).

It unlocks Friday lunchtime Yell

Can't test it at work, but the count down on steam has gone and the release date has been set to today. Heard reports it is now installing.

Just read a review about it and it looks like a hit! I totally enjoyed the previous Fallout 3, can't wait to get started on this.

Been playing a lot of this over the last 24 hours - great game (and so far, imo, superior to the original Fallout 3)

Wow !
Reply good game and worth every penny
Much better the fo3 and the expansive gameplAy still exists.
I can see an easy 500 hours spent in new Vegas
Good graphics, nothing below class. Easy to control the character, but not so easy to kill things :)

gz ftw

FYI if you come across the issue with saves not working. Its a work around for now.

hay guys i got the fallout 3 collectors edition yesterday and played it for about 7 hours and it was awesome they didn't seam to take any features from fallout 3 away they just added new ones. it took a while to get used to the new features ( i still have no idea what the ammo thing is all about). I am playing it on my pc and so far i haven't had any issues at all apart from it being a lil glitchy around certain people and places but its not to bad. i recommend this game to all gamers who like rpg or even fps games as it is much easier to use guns without V.A.T.S.

i just hope thay have started or are going to start on the next chapter to the oblivion games.

Also got a mate at school glitched in Vegas and stuck in a casino doorway. And another who got stuck in a rock while killing geckos on tutorial ....
Too buggy !!

Odd, because I have had 0 problems with the game.  As well as quick saving, you need to also be saving normal saves at regular intervals...
