Can anyone please help me with this error I have a game that i want to play but it the firmware needs updating. So I went to network update and downloaded the update , then i went to install it and it says "the game could not be started DADADA" i have looked all over the internet and tried lots of different things but nothing seems to work.

I would be most great full for any help given thank you in advance.

Do you have a custom firmware on your PSP? If so, it's probably trying to run a system firmware update which won't be compatible with custom firmware.

yes it does its a second hand psp it's 3.52m33 but the game i want to play needs 4.01 or higher and I can't update it.

You will need to get a m33 firmware. This page should get you heading in the right direction.

have tried them and when It goes to update it says 390.PBP doesn't exist. have been working on this psp for 6 hours now with still no luck
