Hi all,

So I am buying an x-box.

Partly because me and partner want it for fitness, it is just lot more convenient than going to the gym, partly for fun.

We rented on on the weekend to try out kinect and it worked great so we are in.

One of the games we tried was Fighters Uncaged. I would have rated it as OK but following reading some reviews I can understand why it got a total bashing by the reviewers. I would have started hating it if I had been playing it for more than an hour or so.

Having said that the idea of a fighting/boxing game for kinect seems like such a simple good concept I can't understand why nobody has done a good one. Especially considering boxing/ fighting games, and good ones, have been around for ages.

We are going to buy Fitness Evolved which has a boxing element in it but can anybody recommend a purely boxing / fighting game?

What I want is Street Fighter. No idea how I would do the Chin Li spinning bird kick but I would love to try.

Failing that any other recommendations?

Dude, if I ever feel like internet fame I am going to video myself trying, and totally failing, to dance like Michael Jackson while playing The Michael Jackson Experience. Then post it to YouTube.

It is heaps of fun but I must have looked like the stupidest person on earth. Actually, judging by the laughter coming from my partner that is exactly what I looked like.

Looks pretty intense, not sure if it is a game either, seems to be an exercise thing.

Try Vultr using this link and get us both some credit:

According to the reviews it is a fitness game with the trainers from UFC, it is good as a exercise game but the reviews say Fitness Evolved is the best.

If it was cage fighting UFC style, I would definitely be in.
