Back into WoW after a 5month break, first thing I did was replace Blizzard's UI. After trying a few suites I came across LUI. Man this thing is sleek the screenshots don't do it justice LUI is the one I'll be sticking with for the rest of my wow days.
Usually with these suites you have to delete the WTF folder (or copy and put the folder somewhere else on your hdd) and replace with their WTF folder. This is okay if your the only one who plays wow in your household but bad if others do as they might not like what you like & they are stuck with it. The same is required for LUI but all I did was copy the folders in there WTF and added them to my WTF then choosing the addons in WoW's addon menu. So no need to delete your WTF folder.

Damn you blizzard!

Any other hunter trying to tame that new cat in 4.2 patch Skarr wot a beast! I have been farming that area for two days waiting for him to spawn hes on a 20-35hr spawn so he only spawns once during that time for 1 hour.

Anyways their is this nasty Orc Shaman who pushes you off the cliff Ive ganked him twice but he must have a great hatred for hunters cause whenever I'm there hes there waiting... I know what hes going to do if Skarr shows up and I tame him while taming him hes going to push me off the cliff then when I'm running back he will kill Skarr. I could kill the shaman first then tame Skarr but hes not easy to beat I just beat him twice out of 6 or 7 fights. Then again while im fighting this shaman another hunter could turn up and tame Skarr! Damn you blizzard.

Its ain't trolling its a wow thread! I'm just trying to get a wow thread going here anyone can come in here and chat about wow. Yeah but if i keep talking to myself on here I will let the thread die.

Ive wasted to much of my life doing other things. Time to take it easy and play wow.

Yes pvp realms only. Dreadmaul is where my nightelf hunter is, and Ticondrius (sp) is where my Warrior lives and fights for the horde! Warrior is geared up in pvp with 2500 rating atm. Hunter is under geared with zero arena rating. Hunter I mainly use for BGs.

Bronzebeard server for me, I didn't know anyone when I started playing (2004) so I let the auto-suggest thingy pick one. I've made so many friends since then! I've even been to the US to meet some of them in real life, went to Blizzcon (2009), great fun!

Oh and I do actually play a bit too, not just chat :P

Wow that's pretty cool man.

Ive just got up to login and have another go at taming Skarr. I figured being an oceanic server all the Aussies will be asleep making my chances of taming skarr without other hunters or shamans ruining my day. lol

I've just been using the regular Blizzard UI. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm looking for the best UI for a healer, any more suggestions would be great.

Could try ElvUI comes with a Healer install (DPS or Healer install on login).

To those who might have the slightest interests in my feats, I tamed Skarr last night.

This is how it went. what I would do is go to the area where he spawns in 1 of 3 places, and enter battlegrounds to kill the time whenever I finished a BG I would check the 3 places for Skarr then start BG again and repeat. One time I found Skarrs corpse so yelled in chat who the F killed Skarr. No one own up this is a aussie server so no surprises there. lol. Anyways last night I just about crapped my pants after coming back from a BG and seeing Skarr on one of the floating rocks just a few paces from me! I looked around in a panic making sure that shaman wasn't nearby or any other hunter. Time was abit over 2am so not all that busy in this area. I get close take my potion of speed and a potion of stam to raise my health by 450. Start taming. Skarr hits me with two bolts of fireballs or whatever it was and I die. :-/

I run back to my corpse re spawn and try again this time I use silencing shot to silence him for 3 seconds and then deterrence to deflect any of his attacks but this does nothing and I am losing health quick so I run a way like a little girl and drink a potion.

3rd time I just thought stuff it if I keep trying things before I know it a hunter is going to turn up and steal my prize so I just went for it and started taming. For some reason this time he only hit me with one attack not the normal two and I manage to tame him.
