head over to http://www.spacemarine.com/
and register yourself an account.

After activating it, log in and head over to http://www.spacemarine.com/demo
which gives you an early access code, pop that to the "Activate a Product on Steam"
thingy in Steam library and it starts to download it.

Pretty god fun and the full game is under $20. local co-op looks like it would be great

^Nice!

Should add: If you have any WH games installed in steam account and activate the code a message will pop up -

"Product already owned, this steam account already owns the product contained in this offer. To access them, visit your games library"

All I could do was cancel it. So I went to steam game demos and started the DL there. Don't know if a key was necessary cause I have Dawn of War II installed? Anyways download from the games demo option.

Thanks for the tips. I couldn't for the life of me find the button to download the demo. It is a grey one on the right-hand panel above the "add to wish list" button, not with the purchasing buttons in the main panel (as most free games are).
