I want to play in a crowded server, and also balanced..

but i also want to play where there are few number of noobs.. Since when I played last time, I was the only one walking around in noob cities..

You would be most likely better off picking one of the oceanic realms.

I recently started playing again (the free lvl 20 cap lured me back), cant remember which server I joined (think was an Oceanic AU one going by the time) but was surprised that all the zones I could access were empty of life.... spoke to a friend who has been playing for a few years and he said all zones on all servers are empty unless youre visiting the lvl 60+ areas.
