My son has lost the password/username for his Hotmail account that is already registered to his XBOX LIVE account. He says he doesn't want to open a new hotmail account because he is already registered with XBox on his existing one?

What does he do?

Or call Xbox Live support, they're pretty helpful.

This sounds like my customers every singe day... Not being rude or trying to rant : But when somebody looses a password; why don't they just go to the website in question and read? Has the day's of logic/following your nose/initiative gone out the window?

There must be a reset password option or has he forgot his user name as well?

Most sites cater for both so long as you have entered a backup email address for them to send reset details to.
